Finalized Quotation and Permitting Procedures: Upon design approval, a finalized quotation will be presented, reflecting any adjustments made during the design refinement phase. A deposit of 35% of the total project cost is required to initiate the renovation process. Subsequently, our team will manage all necessary permitting procedures on your behalf, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Execution and Installation Phase: The execution phase involves the procurement of high-quality materials, meticulous construction management, and professional installation services. Throughout this phase, you will receive regular updates on the project's progress, ensuring transparency and open communication. A payment of 40% is required prior to the commencement of the furnishing stage.
Project Completion and Final Inspection: Upon completion of the renovation, a comprehensive final inspection will be conducted to ensure adherence to our stringent quality standards and your complete satisfaction. The remaining balance is due upon successful completion of the inspection.
Project Turnaround Time: The typical duration for a house renovation project is approximately 3-4 months, contingent upon the complexity and scope of the work involved.
