Consequently, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 10-15 business days from the date of order confirmation. While we endeavor to adhere to this schedule, please acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to external factors, including public holidays, remote delivery locations, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination within the UAE. The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. From time to time, Hive Interiors may offer complimentary shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

 

4. Accuracy of Delivery Information

To ensure seamless delivery, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including building name, apartment/villa number, street name, and a valid contact telephone number. Hive Interiors assumes no liability for delays or misdeliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information.

 

5. Delivery Attempt Procedures

Our designated delivery partners will typically attempt delivery on 2 occasions. In the event of unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery appointment. Should we be unable to establish contact or schedule a mutually convenient delivery time, the order may be returned, and additional shipping charges may be levied for reshipment.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@hiveservices.ae. We will promptly liaise with the delivery partner to conduct a thorough investigation and facilitate a replacement or appropriate refund. Please retain all original packaging materials.
