Cancellation of an order may be considered, at the sole and absolute discretion of Hive Interiors, provided that such cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the initial order placement. Such consideration is contingent upon the following stipulations:
• Discretionary Review: Hive Interiors reserves the unqualified right to approve or reject any cancellation request. This determination will be based on factors including, but not limited to, the order's fulfillment status (e.g., commencement of production, procurement of materials).
• Formal Cancellation Request: To initiate a cancellation request, clients must promptly contact our Client Services Department via 0543036056 within the aforementioned 24-hour period. The request must include the order number and a clear, concise justification for the cancellation.
• Official Notification: Clients will receive formal notification, via electronic mail or telephone, regarding the approval or rejection of their cancellation request.
3. Refund Administration for Approved Cancellations
In the event that a cancellation request is formally approved, the subsequent refund process will be administered as follows:
• Processing Timeline: The refund process may require up to 30 calendar days for completion. We appreciate your patience during this administrative period.
• Deduction of Costs: The final refund amount will be subject to deductions for any direct costs incurred by Hive Interiors as a consequence of the order. These costs may include, but are not limited to:
• Transaction Fees: All fees levied by payment processing entities (e.g., credit card companies, banking institutions) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Material Procurement Costs: If materials have been specifically ordered for the fulfillment of the client's order, the associated costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Production-Related Costs: If production activities have commenced, a reasonable portion of the associated production costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refund Disbursement Method: Refunds will be disbursed exclusively via direct electronic funds transfer to a valid bank account domiciled within the United Arab Emirates, as provided by the client. Hive Interiors assumes no liability for delays or errors in the refund process resulting from inaccurate bank account information provided by the client.
4. Exceptions to the Final Sale Policy
While our prevailing policy stipulates the finality of all sales, exceptions may be granted under the following specific circumstances:
• Substantial Non-Conformity of Services: If the services rendered by Hive Interiors fail to substantially conform to the mutually agreed-upon specifications, the client may be entitled to a partial or full refund, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Statutory Mandates: Hive Interiors is committed to full compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws in the UAE. Where such laws mandate a return or refund, Hive Interiors will adhere to said mandates.
5. Warranty Claims Administration
This Return and Refund Policy is distinct and separate from our Warranty Policy. Warranty claims pertaining to defective products will be administered in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Section 18 of our Terms of Service.
